Cea de-a doua generaţie Motorola Moto E oferă ecran de 4,5″, procesor quad-core şi LTE
După ce s-a bucurat de un succes fulminant cu telefonul accesibil Moto G, compania Motorola a încercat să coboare şi mai jos ştacheta preţurilor şi a lansat mai ieftinul Moto E. Mai puţin impresionant din punct de vedere hardware, acesta a fost însă şi vizibil mai ieftin, iar la aproape un an de la lansarea versiunii originale a venit rândul unei mici actualizări care aduce ca noutăţi un ecran puţin mai mare, un procesor quad-core şi conectivitate LTE.
Încă neanunţat oficial în acest moment, noul Motorola Moto E şi-a făcut o scurtă apariţie pe site-ul lanţului Best Buy înainte de a fi înlăturat. Conform fişei tehnice, versiunea actualizată a ieftinului terminal Motorola oferă un ecran IPS cu o diagonală de 4,5”, în creştere uşoară de la cei 4,3” ai versiunii hardware anterioare, însă diagonala a rămas aceeaşi: 960 x 540 pixeli.
Platforma hardware este un procesor necunoscut cu patru nuclee ARM Cortex-A7 care funcţionează la 1,2 GHz, probabil un MSM 8212 din familia Qualcomm Snapdragon 200, iar acest aspect reprezintă un mic salt de la cipul dual-core folosit acum un an. Memoria RAM are aceeaşi capacitate de 1 GB, însă stocarea internă extensibilă şi-a dublat capacitatea şi oferă acum 8 GB de spaţiu. Cea de-a treia noutate o reprezintă apariţia unui modem LTE, Moto E fiind acum unul dintre cele mai ieftine telefoane care oferă compatibilitate cu reţelele 4G.
Restul specificaţiilor sunt practic neschimbate. Moto E 2015 oferă două camere foto cu senzori de 5 şi 0,3 MP (modelul anterior avea doar cameră principală), Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0 şi GPS. După cum se observă din imagini, difuzorul din partea inferioară a carcasei a fost însă eliminat. Telefonul are dimensiuni de 130 x 67,1 x 11,9 milimetri, o greutate de 143 de grame şi foloseşte versiunea 5.0.2 a platformei Android.
Conform paginii Best Buy, telefonul va avea un preţ de 99 de dolari, însă mai multe detalii vom afla atunci când Motorola va anunţa oficial lansarea acestui produs.
